For a creamy, glossy balm finish, you will love the Tarte Maracujua Juicy Lip Balm. This is a cruelty free formula will provide your lips with hydration and a buildable coverage of color that lasts several hours. This is not a plumping formula, but the hydrating effect will make your lips appear more full. At $24, they are not cheap so I usually purchase them in a set which is a better deal.
