These seven spring dresses from Amazon represent the top trends and styles of the current season, and as always everything is budget friendly. I’m wearing a size small and in all these dresses, and I will let you know what I think about the fit for each dress.
Spring Dresses From Amazon: Trends and Styles
Long Sleeved Smocked Midi Dress

The first spring dresses are a good choice while the weather is still cooler. This one comes in over 20 colors, and I’m wearing the royal blue. Sizes are available in S to XL. The smocking detail gives extra stretch in the chest for a perfect fit. There is also some smocking around the cuffs.

I was pleased with the overall fit, so go with your normal size. My sandals are from Target. I’m wearing them in several of the outfits today.
Short Sleeved V-Neck Maxi Dress

Adding a print to your spring dress collection is a fun way to change it up a little. I naturally gravitate towards solids, so I specifically chose this one for the print. Check the link for all the colors and patterns for your favorite.

Amazon calls this a Maxi dress, but on me it’s ankle length. I liked this one a lot more than I expected to, and I love the soft knit fabric. Runs true to size.
Eyelet A-Line Dress

Eyelet is the quintessential spring and summer fabric, and I’m always looking for ways to add it into my wardrobe. This dress has a flattering fit with a v-neckline and a defined waist. Fully lined, there is no need to worry about it being see through.

I love the classic black, but again there are a range of color choices to click here to see them all! The fit on this dress was spot on and I fell in love with this one. Go with your normal size. Spring dresses don’t have to be expensive, even though this one looks like it came from J. Crew!
Knit A-Line Dress

For a classic elegant look that is at the top of the trends right now, consider a knit dress with a pleated skirt. I have shown similar styles for the fall and winter, and I’m go happy to see this style in a short sleeve version! This one is so good and fits true to size.

I went with cream and black stripe and you can choose from 7 other colors. If you can only buy one dress this spring, consider this one!
Smocked Maxi Dress

Smocking detail has been popular for quite a while, and it’s still going strong for 2025. Personally, I love this feminine detail. This spring dress could be worn for countless occasions. I had a hard time choosing a color, but ended up with the blue with white dots pattern. This is definitely a favorite of mine.

Tie Strap Maxi Dress

This tie strap maxi dress makes me think of vacation. If you have any trips planned this would be a great travel spring dress! Very chic with the stripes, but it also comes in other colors/patterns.

This item had a “frequently returned” warning for size or style. I don’t know why Amazon does this because it can be misleading. I was expecting the fit to be off, but it was not and the dress is really pretty. The tie straps make it easily adjustable.
Rickrack Maxi Dress

Rickrack is another feminine detail that has made a comeback. You will be seeing lots of this in 2025 in dresses, pants, and tops. This is a beautiful dress with just enough detail to make it interesting, but not too busy.

Pair with a cardigan sweater for cooler days. I recently picked up this black cardigan from Amazon.

This style has a smocked area in the back with a zipper for a better fit. Also the straps are adjustable.I ended up loving this dress so much…this one is staying with me.
