My Favorite Amazon Sweaters

Who doesn’t love a cozy sweater? I still have a little longer to wait, but sweater weather will be here soon and today I’ve rounded up my favorite Amazon sweaters for you. Sizing can be difficult to navigate with some Amazon brands, so I hope seeing these on a real person will help. I estimated my size correctly on most of these, but I did have one miss that you will see.

Sweater Dress

Sweater weather includes sweater dresses, and this turtle neck sweater dress is absolute coziness! It has full lantern sleeves and an oversized fit. I’m wearing a size medium, and I’m happy with the fit. The length was adequate (I’m 5’7″), but I wouldn’t want it any shorter.

I went with classic black, but as with many Amazon items, it comes in several colors. For $35.99 this is an affordable and chic looking dress that can be worn all fall and winter.

Cold Shoulder Sweater

Looking for something a little unique? This cold shoulder sweater has a cut out detail over the shoulder. This was my one fail as far a sizing goes. I went with a medium and as you can see, it is still too big. This is supposed to be an oversized fit, and I love the length for leggings but it is still a little large in the shoulders and sleeves. I would recommend sizing down one or two sizes.

The other negative with this style is that it creates a bra dilemma. I was hoping the strap of the sweater would be placed where the bra strap would not show, but that was not the case. If you don’t want to wear a strapless bra, I would pass on this one.

Funnel Neck Sweater

Next, is this cozy funnel neck sweater by the Amazon brand Goodthreads. This is a light weight, yet warm sweater that has a nice long length. There is ribbed detail on the cuffs and hem. Sizing with this one depends on the fit you want. It does not run as big as some of the other styles I’m sharing today. I went with a size large for a more relaxed fit.

I’m loving the charcoal grey, but it also comes in several colors and one striped pattern.

Turtleneck Batwing Sweater

This turtleneck batwing sweater has been a top seller on Amazon for a while. In fact, I have shown it before in a pumpkin color which you can see here. This year, I ordered it in the color Indigo in a size medium.

This is a very oversized fit, so order your normal size or size down one size. This is the perfect sweater for leggings or skinny jeans because of the length and fit. Here I’m wearing my Ab Solution Skinnies by Democracy and some ankle boots.

Sherpa Fleece Pullover

I wish you could reach through your screen and feel the softness of this sherpa fleece pullover! Perfect for colder weather, it can be styled with jeans or leggings. This color is called purplegrey on the website, but it is more of a taupe-grey in person.

This is another oversized piece, so you may want to size down. I’m wearing a medium with plenty of room to spare.

Crewneck Sweater Top

In case you haven’t noticed, the oversized look is very popular. This is another oversized style, but it can be worn with a slight front tuck to give you a waistline if you prefer.

I’m wearing a size large for this look. I could have sized down to a medium for a less oversized fit, so choose your size based on what type of look you want. It also comes in several other colors.

Waffle Knit Cardigan

This waffle knit cardigan is my personal favorite from this collection. It can be worn countless ways: lounge around the house with leggings or joggers, or dress it up as I have done here with some white jeans and a simple white tank.

It has a very flowy and flattering fit, and I’m wearing a size medium. This is a taupe/grey color that is neutral and will be a workhorse in your fall wardrobe! Of course, other colors are also available.

Camel Sweaters

I’ve chosen three camel sweaters in my favorite Amazon sweater collection. These are all very different styles, but camel is so on trend and it’s a classic color that every woman should have in her fall wardrobe!

Style #1

Sweater weather would not be complete without a classic V-neck sweater. This is a lightweight knit that does not sacrifice warmth. This V-neck pullover is by Amazon Essentials and is one of my favorite Amazon brands. The quality is so good and the price is so reasonable.

I went with a size medium for a more structured fit. If you don’t need a camel sweater, then this style also comes in all the colors and prints you can imagine. Last year I purchased this same sweater in black and red for the holidays.

Style #2

This next style is a more poncho-style sweater. It has a very loose fit and the fabric is very luxe. It’s the perfect sweater to style with leggings and boots. This is a one size fits most, which I usually stay away from but I was pleased with the fit. I would not recommend this if your normal size is small or extra small because I think it would be too oversized.

Style #3

For a more fitted option, you might like this turtleneck sweater by Amazon Essentials. Another lighter weight sweater, this camel and navy stripe looks nice with a dark wash denim. I thought the stripe was black when I ordered it, but on closer look it is navy.

I would recommend your normal size with this style…I’m wearing a medium.

Long Cardigan

The last of my favorite Amazon sweaters is this cable knit long cardigan. This is a must have in my opinion. Whether you choose classic black as I have done here, or another color this style sweater will serve you well until spring.

Here, I paired the black version with some black denim and a simple nude tank. It’s a simple and classic look that can be recreated with similar pieces that you may already have in your closet. My jeans have sold out, but I linked a similar pair.
