Summer To Fall Loungewear

If you love loungewear, you have found the right place! I consider myself an expert in all things loungewear because it’s what I enjoy wearing more than anything. Like many of you, I work from home so I don’t need office appropriate workwear. I do, however, like to look put together and elevated lounge checks all the 3 C’s…Casual, Cute, and Comfortable.

I first found this two piece sweater and shorts set when I was researching for my Barbie inspired post. If you missed it, you can see it here. This pink and cream set caught my eye, so I ordered it for myself.

Sizing

I ordered a size large, not really knowing how this fits. I would say it runs a little oversized. The shorts are pretty big on me, but since I wanted an oversized comfy fit I decided to keep the large. I probably could have sized down to a medium and if I order another color I will try that.

Details

The top has some details that make it feel much more expensive than it is. The lantern sleeves and cuff detail are fun. Also this is a soft and sturdy knit that does not feel cheap.

The shorts have a simple drawstring waist and a stripe around the bottom. Also the shorts are a nice length so I would feel comfortable wearing this outside to walk the dogs.
