Summer Outfits In Red

I’ve always loved wearing red and with July 4th around the corner, I wanted to share a couple of new summer outfits in red. Red & White Knit Dress

First, I’m loving the classic trend of this red knit dress with the white trim and gold button details. This is a nod to the styles that were trending back in the fall and winter months, but in a summer version.

Even though this is a short dress, it hit me just a few inches above the knee and was very modest even on my taller frame. The gold tone buttons are non-functional but do add such a nice elevated detail. I would go with your true size, and I’m wearing a size small.

Red Jumpsuit

This next outfit is so easy to wear, and no thought necessary to put together your outfit. My favorite thing about this jumpsuit is that it can be worn for so many occasions. If you have any travel plans, this would make a great piece to save room in your suitcase.

Also the soft knit is very comfortable and the style is so flattering. The ruching detail in the front conceals any tummy issues.

You could really experiment with layering pieces to make this outfit look completely different, or just wear it as is to your next outing. This would be so cute for July 4th! Also consider this style if you prefer not to wear shorts. The fabric is light and airy. I did size up to a medium in this style since it was a one piece garment and the medium fit perfect!
