New Arrivals From Old Navy

It’s been a while since I shopped at Old Navy. To be honest, I got quite bored with their selection for a while since it seemed to be the same old styles in different prints every year. I decided to give them another look and I did find some pieces that I really like, so here are some new arrivals from Old Navy that you might want to try for yourself.

Dresses

I’m a dress girl, so let’s start here. Old Navy is a great resource for casual summer dresses that serve your wardrobe well. These can be perfect for travel, running errands, or just working at home. All of the dresses I’m showing today are a size medium.

Fit & Flare Midi Cami Dress

I’m in love with this Fit & Flare Cami Dress. If you live in a hot climate like I do, this piece is a must have. Click the link to see all the available colors. I’m wearing Casa Blue.

My sandals are from J.Crew Factory. I like the pop of green with the blue dress.

I also added some tassel statement earrings to this outfit. I usually prefer more understated earrings, but these are fun for a change. They came in a pack of 6 for $11.99!

Tiered Mini Swing T-Shirt Dress

This little t-shirt dress could serve so many occasions. I chose white, but there are other colors as well. What could be cooler and more comfortable than this? I prefer this style over shorts any day.

I also need to mention my new Crocs…these are the Classic Crush Sandals in white. This is a platform style slide that is like walking on a cloud! If you like to add some height to your frame without sacrificing comfort, then give these a try!

Mini Shift Dress

The next dress is this pink mini shift dress. It comes in three other colors and today is $15.99 plus an extra 35% off! How’s that for an after Memorial Day sale?

I really like the fit of this dress. It it generously sized and the medium fit me well. I also like that it has pockets!

I’m wearing the pink tassel earrings from the variety pack I mentioned earlier.

Waist Defined Slub Knit Dress

I’m always talking about the importance of defining the waist. It’s so flattering on any size woman. This dress has the perfect combination of comfort and style.

I’m wearing the color fox, which is a rusty red. I’m always thinking ahead, and I enjoy wearing this color in late summer and early fall. This versatile piece also comes in four other colors.

Athletic Styles

Old Navy is killing it with their athletic pieces this year! I was particularly impressed with how well these pieces fit my shape plus the excellent quality.

Powerchill Sleeveless Strappy Shelf Bra Dress

My favorite athletic piece is this shelf bra dress. It has excellent support and built in shorts underneath. I did size up to a large in all the athletic pieces.

You may be thinking that you could never wear this dress without a sports bra…well, I’m a 38D and I play pickleball in this dress with no issues. The secret is to wear nipple covers instead of a bra.

My favorite are the Cakes Body nipple covers. I have been wearing them for a couple of months now, and I can tell you they stay put! Just rinse them off and let them air dry. There is no adhesive needed. If you would like to try them, use my link for 10% off and the code KRISTIN743

Skorts

I purchased three athletic skorts from Old Navy to try and I love all of them!

This green one is the Powersoft High Waisted Mini Skort. Don’t get this confused with the other version that is longer. I prefer my skorts on the shorter side, but if you want a longer one you might like this style better.

I also ordered this UltraLite Rib Knit Cropped Polo in white (size L). This is the perfect length top if you don’t want to tuck it in.

The last two skorts are the Extra High Waisted Power Chill Skorts in Black and Forest Shade. I was able to purchase these in a two pack, which are now sold out but you can still purchase these separately. Again, love the fit on these!

Shorts are built in underneath.

…and here is the same skort in green. I’m also wearing another surprising find. This tie neck halter style top was an unexpected win! This top also has a shelf bra and I was able to just wear the Cakes and no bra needed. I liked this black top so much I ordered another one in pink.

I typically avoid tops like these because they never have enough coverage or support, but this one worked well for me. If you are a D-cup you should give this one a try.

It’s been a while since Old Navy really impressed me, but these new arrivals from Old Navy are worth a look. My husband bought me a few pieces as well. I didn’t have time to take photos of them, but here is what I got…

I did wear the blue smocked top for Memorial Day.
