Welcome to Weekly Walmart Finds: Vol. 12! It’s hard to believe this is the 12th post in this series, but you ladies seem to be loving Walmart as much I do lately and I have some more great finds to share with you today.
Most of us have pretty much transitioned from spring to summer and the styles in today’s post will reflect that. The spring to summer lines are very blurred here in the south where I live. We have a very short spring and a very long summer!
If you notice a redness to my skin, it’s not a sunburn. I had to use a red umbrella to create some shade in the very bright sun, and it cast a red shadow on the photos. I can’t wait to move into our new home so I will have better photo conditions!
Twisted Halter Jumpsuit
This first piece is just the perfect vacation outfit! If you have any travel plans this summer, you will want to pick up this Halter Style Jumpsuit by Sophia Vergara. Currently it is on sale for $18 and fully stocked, but I think it will sell quickly. It comes in a few different colors and runs TTS. I’m wearing a medium.
It is a very soft knit fabric that will require a strapless bra. I’m just wearing sticky pads and no bra, which is what I usually do for styles like this because I hate strapless bras. I know that won’t work for everyone, but they do stay in place if you have ever thought of trying them. I have this set from Walmart if you are interested.
Colorblock Midi Dress
Another weekly Walmart find that had me feeling vacation vibes is this colorblock midi dress by Time and Tru. I just love the colors in this dress! It does come in one other color variation as well. The ties on the shoulder are decorative and although they untie, the straps are sewn together so there is no risk of it separating.
This is another bargain dress that looks much more expensive than it really is! I’m wearing my usual size medium.
White Swim Cover Up
This white swim cover up is just the perfect style for any swimsuit. It lets air circulate so it keeps you cooler and is very flattering. If you need some good swimsuit recommendations, be sure to check out this post.
Gingham Top + Denim Shorts
Walmart has been having some good Roll Backs (sales) on several items. This top was on roll back for only $7! I fell in love with it when I tried it on.
Of course at that price, it didn’t last long and before I could get this post up it has sold out. They do still have a few lavender and white gingham left in an XS or XL. I’m wearing a medium with plenty of room to spare. You might also want to check your local Walmart store to see if they have any.

As for these denim shorts, they are still available and they are a keeper! They fit well, and have just the right amount of stretch to them for comfort. I’m wearing a size 10. They also come in different washes. I’m wearing the lighter wash.
Casual Athletic Look
Whether you are taking a walk, working in the yard, or just need a casual look, these running shorts from Athletic Works are just the thing. I have them in a couple of colors, and they have served me well. I’m wearing a medium.
My sweatshirt is actually loungewear by Secret Treasures, but I wear it as a top. It is very soft and perfect for wearing around the house or out for errands. Short sleeve sweatshirts are hard to find, and I like the feel of a sweatshirt in the summer when I’m inside. This is the perfect mix of coziness and not being too hot.
Floral Kimono + Denim Shorts
Here is another outfit with the same Time and Tru Denim Shorts. This floral kimono gives any outfit that extra bit of interest. It’s very cool and lightweight.
You could tie it in the front and use it as a swim cover up or tie it in the back as I have done here.
This would be a great piece to pack for a vacation since it can do double duty!
Floral Dress
Another weekly Walmart find is this smocked waist dress by No Boundaries. This is the type of thing I live in during the hot summer months. The red, white, and blue floral pattern would also make a cute July 4th outfit! It’s right around the corner. It also comes in three other colors.
As I always do, I sized up in this junior brand to an XL. It’s just a little big in the waist, but I think the large would have been too small in the chest for me.
Pajamas On Sale!
As I mentioned, Walmart is having some good sales right now. I love the Secret Treasures pajamas, and I recently ordered several styles that were too good to pass up. Some were as little as $5.99!
I’m not going to model these, but they run TTS. These are easy to pack, and keep you cool at night. I hope you can score a few of these for yourself!
Platform Sandals
The last weekly Walmart find are these adorable sandals. I have a pink pair that is similar, but these have more of a platform heel. I love the colors and they also come in black.
